Please speak to one of the receptionists who will provide you with the necessary forms. Patients are registered with the Practice, not an individual GP, however patents have the right to express a preference to see a particular doctor, if they wish.
Abuse of any kind towards practice staff by visitors or patients is unacceptable. Please note we are a zero tolerance practice.
You may obtain Repeat Prescriptions without seeing the Doctor by presenting your computer print out at Reception. Alternatively you may post your request. If you enclose a stamped addressed envelope the prescription will be posted to you. Otherwise it will be taken to the Wilton Chemist unless you state that you wish to collect it from Reception. Please give 2 working days notice. Requests for Repeat Prescriptions cannot be dealt with over the telephone. This is in the interests of patients' safety.
The Wilton Chemist is open for dispensing 9:00am to 6:00pm weekdays and 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturdays. The Wilton Chemist never takes part in the Sunday rota.
Medical students are often attached to the Practice. If you do not wish for one to be present when you see the Doctor, please tell the receptionist.
The partnership has an interest in research. All participants will be asked for their consent before taking part in any project and are completely free to choose whether or not they participate.
